On October 15, 2020, Chen Yu, supplier quality assurance manager of SKF Group, and Sun Linlin, teacher of Dalian SKF Factory, came to our company to conduct supplier audit. The main content of this supplier audit is heat treatment CQI-9 audit and process audit. The scope of audit mainly includes the quality system, quality control, production process and laboratory of special process heat treatment and other processes in the Haiou District and the North factory.

SKF Group is a supplier of rolling bearings, housings, bearing units, seals, lubrication systems, condition monitoring, drive and motion control products. SKF has 108 production sites worldwide, sales companies in more than 130 countries, and more than 17,000 dealer stores. In 2016, the Group's annual sales reached 72.787 billion SEK (about 52.9 billion yuan) and the number of employees was 44,868. SKF has a long history in China. In 1912, the first SKF agent in China was established in Shanghai. Since 1994, SKF Group has set up factories in China. At present, SKF has 18 production bases in China, 18 regional sales offices, 1 global technology center, 1 Northeast Asia distribution center, 1 solution factory, about 250 dealer authorized channels, and about 6,000 employees.

After the end of the audit, Mr. Chen made a summary of the audit, the audit Mr. Chen thinks that the overall is good, but there is still room for improvement in some details, and listed some problems in our heat treatment and process control.
